We want you to love every piece. In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Belgian law (Code de droit économique, Livre VI), we offer a complimentary 30-day return window on all eligible pieces.

Under Belgian and EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. We refund the full purchase price (including original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Beyond the statutory 14 days, we extend a complimentary courtesy return window up to 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and tags.
Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces; rings that have been resized; and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned, in line with art. VI.53 of the Code de droit économique.
Email hello@caratcurator.com with your order number. We will arrange a fully insured prepaid return label or schedule an in-boutique appointment. Please do not ship pieces back without a return authorisation — uninsured returns are not accepted.
Complimentary resizing on most rings within the first 60 days of purchase. Style exchanges are processed as a refund of the original piece and a new order for the replacement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
