Every order leaves our Brussels boutique fully insured, signature-required, and discreetly packaged. We work with FedEx and UPS for international delivery, and offer in-boutique pickup at Grand Place 39.

In-stock pieces ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and engraved pieces require 7–14 business days of crafting time before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.
Complimentary fully insured shipping on all orders within Belgium and the European Union. Delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days. All EU prices include VAT — there are no additional duties or import fees at delivery.
Insured shipping from €25, delivery within 3–7 business days. Local import VAT and duties are paid by the recipient at customs clearance.
Insured FedEx or UPS shipping from €35, delivered in 3–7 business days. Import duties, US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST/PST are calculated and collected at checkout where possible; any residual customs fees are payable by the recipient on delivery.
Insured international shipping is available on request. Delivery in 5–10 business days. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every shipment is fully insured for its full value and requires an adult signature on delivery. We are not liable for parcels left unattended or signed for by a third party against the courier's instructions.
You may collect your order in person at Grand Place 39, 1000 Brussels by private appointment. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.
