Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR and include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

Order formation

A sales contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Legal warranty

All pieces benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity under Belgian law (art. 1649bis–1649octies of the Civil Code) for consumer purchases. This is in addition to any commercial warranty we may grant.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Code de droit économique, Livre VI. See our Returns policy for the full procedure and exceptions.

US customers

Orders shipped to the United States are sold and shipped from Belgium. US state and local sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where we are required to do so based on economic nexus. Disputes involving US consumers are governed by Belgian substantive law; nothing in these terms deprives a US consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their state of residence.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the piece purchased, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where statutory limits apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (French-speaking division), without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
